'Clavis' is the name of a magic book Faust hoped to obtain. The work has motifs taken from Tarot cards and maybe a flute solo, and oboe solo, or a Alto Saxophone solo. The work may also be played as a game piece with flute on stage and traveling oboe or saxophone with music stands working its way to the flute. As in a number of my works involving music in space with traveling musicians and music stands it comes with transposed parts.
