It is in the original key of B-minor and a solid low B-natural is required of the solo part. The supporting parts are not difficult but require taste and expression. For two Bb trumpets, horn and bass trombone. Trombone sub for horn and 3rd Bb trumpet sub for horn allow this piece to be played by a variety of instrument combinations.
