Originally composed (just like most of the work by the beloved Frederic Chopin) for the piano, the "Lento Assai" prelude in B minor is now available to be performed by a trio of classical guitarists. While Guitar 1 and 2 play moderately easy single notes for the majority of the piece, and Guitar 3 takes the melody (originally played by the left hand of the pianist) this piece is a great opportunity for the ensemble to practice playing as just that, an ensemble. .
