Ernest Thayer’s baseball classic 1883 poem, "Casey at the Bat", for brass quintet and narrator with the legendary tale of the Mudville Nine and the Mighty Casey comes to life in this original and entertaining composition for audiences of all ages. The work is scored for a brass quintet of two B-flat trumpets horn in F, trombone or euphonium, and tuba. The recording is of the entire edition with narration.
