'Burn' is an upbeat inclusion anthem, about how WE have the fire of love, and it will always burn. You could program it in Holiday (Christmas or Hannukah) contexts where candles or fire mightbe burning, but it can be used equally well at other times of year, where the fire and energy of inspiration is the message.
It features a Baritenor soloist in verse 1, and there are two brief moments of Soprano and Alto divisi towards the end, but for the most part it is simple, chordal SATB writing suitable for good amateurs.
