Published by Head and Stem Music (A0.1131892).“Bits and Pieces” was originally written as a duet for two contrabasses when the composer was in his mid-twenties. In 2022, the old pencil score was resurrected, musically reworked and digitally revised into a suite of duets for viola and cello. Although the instrumentation has changed, much of the flavor and style of the original composition was retained.
