With some of the tricky rhythms and also playing some of the notes in the upper registers this is about an intermediate level. You should feel comfortable with at least a 2 octave D major scale but this does go up to a high B. This is a perfect song to practice reading tenor clef as well as switching back and forth from bass clef to tenor clef.  I hope you give this lovely song a try!
