Septet in Eb major Op.20 Mvt.III Menuetto and Trio
Beethoven’s Septet in E-flat major for clarinet, horn, bassoon, violin, viola, cello, and double bass, Op. 20, was sketched out in 1799, completed, and first performed in Vienna in 1800 and published in 1802.
There are six movements:
Adagio – Allegro con brio (in E-flat major) (approx. 10 min. Adagio cantabile (in A-flat major) (approx. 9 min.) Tempo di menuetto (in E-flat major) (approx. 3 min.)(This one) Tema con variazioni: Andante (in B-flat major) (approx. 7 min.) Scherzo: Allegro molto e vivace (in E-flat major) (approx. 3 min.) Andante con moto alla marcia (in E-flat minor) – Presto (in E-flat major) (approx. 7 min.)
I have arranged some of the movements for both wind quintet and wind dectet which you can find here. along with my other Beethoven work.
This is my arrangement for wind dectet (decet/tentet/double wind quintet) and bass of Movement III Menuetto and Trio.
