Improves Sight Reading!
I've had a little 8 year old student for over a year, and yes she should practice more, but she is so frustrated trying to remember her notes. I just started this book with her and another young student who has the same problem, and it's really fun and engaging, and makes them focus and pay attention. Lots of giggling and concentration. We worked out of this book for 10 minutes together and already I saw an improvement. I'm going to use it at the beginning of every lesson for those who need to brush up on note reading.
