The opening and final verses are set to the tune "Mueller", while the middle verse utilises the ‘Old Normandy Carol’. The use of major and minor modes, together with a final key change, add to the arrangements appeal, as does the integral piano part that is a feature of this arrangement. A 3-part version for SSA is also available.
