This is Franz Biebl's glorious work, The Ave Maria, also known as Angelus Domini. I have taken it and turned it into an octet and put it in the keys of Eb and Bb. The key of Eb has less crunch to it and requires very strong Euphonium players, while the key of Bb has more crunch, but really lays well for a strong low Tuba section. While it is written for an octet, I truly believe that it is much more suited for Tuba and Euphonium choir. It is arranged in a way that will really show off tone and how big of a sound the group can achieve.
