Let your altos and tenors ham it up in the background, the soprano 1s get a note at the end higher than Mariah's thanks to a modulation, and your basses can strut in the third verse. If you're worried it's not close enough to the original, Mariah's backup singers make an appearance in the third verse as well, and since an acapella group can't realistically do a fade-out, this ends on a gentle tone cluster.
