George Gershwin (1898-1937) commença sa carrière de musicien dans les milieux du music-hall avant d’être admis dans la sphère ‘classique’ gr ce au succès retentissant de Rhapsody in Blue (1924). Naohiro Iwai conjugue quatre chansons de cet éblouissant pianiste de jazz et mélodiste de génie dans un medley enchanteur et pétillant.
