This Christmas Medley for string quartet is appropriate for most adult string quartets and intermediate (and up) student quartet. The most demanding facet of this piece is in the first violin, which has a number of passages in the upper registers.

While all of the songs are easily recognizable, the piece adds interest with its transitions between songs, having all parts play the melody at different times, and creative use of polyphony.
