By Beginning Band Duet. By Craig McClenahan. Contest,Festival,Folk,Instructional,Traditional. Score. 1 pages. Craig McClenahan #797638. Published by Craig McClenahan (A0.1198495).

The very first duet of the "Clock Series" for Beginning Band solos/ensembles.  A very simple duet flexible and available for use with all instruments using just the first 5 notes.   Rhythms include only quarter, half, whole notes/rests and unison rhythms with a few copy or echo solo measures as well.
This is a great duet to start beginners into the world of duet playing.  There are no dynamic, articulation or other music detail markings and students/directors are encouraged to create their own music details as part of the creativity curriculum standards and the next step or challenge in learning this duet.

As an added bonus, there is a clock face telling the time of the title of the piece to help students with the art of telling time by reading the face of a non-digital clock.
Note:  Beginning French Horn players may not be able to play these notes in the concert key all the other instruments can play.  If these notes appear too high, it is recommended that you use the trumpet arrangement.  If playing the trumpet arrangement, it only work for French Horns playing a duet with another French Horn.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
