This genre inspires strongly Jean-François Michel as these 3 Bagatelles for tuba and piano show [as well as his other 3 Bagatelles – with totally different musical contents – for oboe (BIM OB12), clarinet (BIM CL36), flute (BIM FL43), bassoon (FG6), bass trombone and piano (BIM TB84), euphonium and piano (BIM TU175); and the series will continue for other instruments]. These pieces request a good musical and technical understanding between the performers, with free hand for their imagination.
