The full range of every instrument is explored, and this is a rhythmically complex piece requuiring a high degree of musicianship to perform well. Nevertheless, this is a piece of standard clarinet repertoire now presented in a new combination of instruments, hopefully making it more accesible to a wider range of players. Well worth the work.
