Keith Snell

Keith Snell is a pianist, piano teacher, and writer of educational music for piano students. As a performer, he specializes in piano music written to be played with the left hand alone. Keith appears as recitalist, chamber musician, and concerto soloist. Keith teaches beginning through advanced students, and has given over 400 workshops to piano teachers throughout the US and abroad.

Co-author of Piano Town, and the highly acclaimed Fundamentals of Piano Theory, Keith is also well-known to piano teachers as editor of the Piano Repertoire series, the Master Composer Library, and producer of the CDs for each series.

About Carol Tornquist

Carol Tornquist began to play the piano by ear at age 4. She earned her B.S. in Music Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Following graduation, she taught vocal music while also serving as an instructor for the international Yamaha Music School. She was then offered a job writing piano transcriptions, which ultimately led to a career as an arranger in Christian music. She has collections of solo piano books for various Christian publishers, including the piano method, Music in Me. Still a teacher at heart, she remains dedicated to creating user-friendly resources for pianists at all skill levels with the goal of creating satisfying musical experiences for pianists.
