  • February 10, 2015 The Most Popular Book in the Schools

These inventive and energizing, 2 page pieces bring out the patterns in music, and can be played by students at level 2 or higher. The kids absolutely love them, and even our teachers can't wait to play them all. These are the best student saver songs in our schools...

... we know if someone is discouraged, we can get out the Preludes in Patterns book, and get them back on the road of feeling good about music again. Kevin Olson is a genius.

  • April 24, 2014 Awesome!

There's a prelude for every key signature, and they are all "Kevin Olson Fantastic"! There are slow ones, fast ones, and songs with mixed time signatures. Everything a teacher needs in a student saver song. It's at about Faber level 3B or 4. Can't say enough about...

how fun these songs are to play... Even our teachers play them for fun!
