Written in celebration of the restoration of Saint Josaphat Basilica in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. An opening brass fanfare underscored by timpani leads into a dramatic dialogue between the organ and the brass. A lyrical inner section follows (brass melody over flowing organ accompaniment), and the piece grows to an exciting conclusion. Tonal, accessible music.
