Written for an Advent observance at Union Theological Seminary in New York City. This beautiful one-movement piece expertly melds the organ with the quiet more intimate sound of the acoustic guitar. Reflective in nature, it was inspired by a passage from Jeremiah foretelling the coming of justice and righteousness. "And this is the name by which the city will be called: 'God is Our Righteousness.'".
