Chick Corea Children's Songs
Ilove this collection of Chick Corea's Children's Songs. As a jazz musician & teacher I found the edition particularly clear, accurate & welcoming. The font size is perfect.I would recommend it for any intermediate student or pianist who would like to get into jazz fusion but has previously found the idiom somewhat daunting!

page turning
Great score but layout could be better as page turning is not always at the best spots, which is a pain.

question
Is there addendum on the score? Is the last composition for piano trio. I 've got only a copy of piano song for piano solo, but the thing I'm interested of is this piano trio. Can somebody answere to me, please?

Children's Songs
I have been a huge fan of Chick Corea since I was a teenager in High School studying the piano and falling in love with Fusion and Jazz. I was fortunate enough to find printed music for some of his works then. To find this is wonderful. The transcription is near perfect (an exception is the last few bars of #17, where the right hand plays notes not written, but you can really figure it out by ear). This music is beautiful, challenging and diverse. Anyone who loves Chick Corea and plays the piano will get a lot of harmonic insight into his compositional style with playing this music. No.s 1 and 3 were made available back in 1976 in a Litha Music Publishing printed music piano folio and had different titles (Children's Song and Space Circus). I only wish that the piano parts or a full piano arrangement to Romantic Warrior was available. I plan to spend the entirety of 2012 learning this work in full. THank you! Keep Chick's music coming!
