A Dozen a Day

This is a very sequential series that emphasizes chords, scales and articulation. I usually give my students three or four a lesson and then we review all twelve and move on. It has made my students better prepared when we work on new pieces.

Dozen A Day book One

I love the Dozen a Day series, because it teaches not only finger excercises, it does teach music technics as well. My students enjoy these excercises very much.

Book One A Dozen A Day

My 11-year-old beginning student likes the easy way things are explained, and the progress she is challenged to make...I will be ordering another one soon, for another beginner. Good books!

Very Satisfied

This book has been great for my daughter, as she is just learning to play piano. Probably something you would get for a student who has played for a couple of months.

Good Practice Book

I am a beginner. I found this book easy to follow. Even though it seemed targeted to children, the practice exercises were appropriate to my skill level. It highlighted deficiencies in my finger strength and skill, and allowed me to slowly address those issues.
