  • June 09, 2011 A most wonderful Recorder Tutor

This has been the most beautiful Recorder Tutor I have ever come across from early-intermediate to intermediate level. The tune selection is outstanding, the study exercises are really melodious, one feels like playing them, the performance on the CD is first class. Most of the tunes are recorded on...

the CD. I wish all of them were recorded, though. Anyway, this Recorder Tutor and CD has really enhanced my daily recorder playing adding more variety to my repertoire and more fun while I play along with the CD.

I am in my 40's relearning how to play the Recorder and this book and CD was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend if you are a little insecure about reading music and playing. I wish all beginner and intermediate books had play along CD's.
