By Dave Koz & Kelly Sweet. By Irving Berlin. Arranged by Mark Lansom. Jazz. Score and parts. 14 pages. Mark Lansom #3398615. Published by Mark Lansom (A0.759546).

A school string orchestra arrangement of the classic Christmas melody. The violins are split into four sections. First and seconds play chromatically in first position, third violin has occasional moving fingers, and fourth is in "first hand shape" and mostly just first and second fingers. The occasional third finger is numbered, as are notes on the G string. The viola parts are optional and double third and fourth violin. Cello 1 is chromatic including a stretched fourth finger whereas Cello 2 uses just first and third fingers, playing mostly in octaves with the double bass, apart from where it is easier for the bassist(s) to use open strings. Score and parts.
