Brass quintet, timpani, organ - Moderately Easy
Composed by Jeremy Bankson. General. Published by MorningStar Music Publishers (MQ.21-500-E).

Item Number: MQ.21-500-E

Beginning with brass alone, the texture alternates between low brass and full, with the organ coming in mid verse. Four sung verses follow, with suggestions made as to the singing (women alone, choir in parts doubled by organ.) Verse two is without brass, verse three is mostly without brass. Then there is an organ interlude before the final verse, which includes a descant"ah" for the sopranos/tenors. This is a majestic and interesting setting which well represents the tune WESTMINSTER ABBEY.
