Composed by Traditional. Arranged by Elin Korneliussen. Folk,Holiday,Standards,Wedding,World. Score and parts. 1 pages. Elin Korneliussen #3569491. Published by Elin Korneliussen (A0.774663).

This folk tune has been played at weddings in Norway for generations. It originates from Nordmøre on the western coast, but is popular for weddings all over the country. Like most traditional Scandinavian wedding marches, it has a wistful middle part in minor key, which serves to enhance the joyfulness of the main melody.

Arranged for string duo (viola and cello) by Elin Korneliussen. Also available for violin and viola, or violin and cello.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
