Welcome arranger Thomas Brown and composer Nylea L. Butler-Moore to the Shawnee family of writers. This sizzling new jazz-based sacred choral is as terrific as it is unique. The journey of Lent and indeed all of the Christian life is presented in this great text as we follow Jesus through His time of temptation in the desert. All the drama of this pivotal story is here as well as a timely application for our own lives in the final verse. Great for choirs of all ages and praise teams! This sermon in song will become a favorite of your congregation. Electric!

Your choir will love this piece. The choir part is not too hard, just coming in and out with the soloist has to be carefully counted. If you can find a string bass, all the better. Excellent story of Satan tempting Jesus in the Wilderness.
