    The CD is really a great compliment to perfect the trumpet player to play with this sheet. This music sheet is not easy but for those players who want to be an advnance player, this is a good one.

    The concerto is in Eb Major. So there is only one accompaniment. The Bb and Eb option is the part for the trumpet, not the key of the work.

    This is a great arrangement of the piece. The music is clear and distinct and is arranged such that page turns are in convenient places. The CD which accompanies it is extremely helpful for beginners and serves as a favorable accompaniment when soloing. The only minus to this arrangement is...

    that the cadenzas are boring and short. Most people who play this piece would write their own cadenzas, and such should be done here.

    My daughter wasn't sure if we were going to find an Eb trumpet in time to play this in Eb for UIL contest, so one of the selling features of this edition was the fact that it was in both Bb and Eb so we could go either way...

    . What they didn't tell us is that the ACCOMPANIMENT part is ONLY in Eb so we would have been stuck. Other than that, it was a good arrangement, readable, with satisfactory binding (that stays open on music rack). The CD was also very helpful.
