Written for and recorded by Yumiko’s own a cappella quintet Vox One on their "Say You Love Me" album, this features a mezzo/alto lead. Playing with the word "time," the intro goes through different time signatures for a slightly enigmatic effect. Once the verse starts it is primarily in 6/8, and the mood is more contemplative than the Cyndi Lauper original. Inversions are used abundantly to keep the suspense until the end. Approx. performance time 4:00.
