    Difficulty Level:
  • December 07, 2012 Excellent, Accurate Tabs

When I first received the book (very timely, Sheet Music Plus) I was very disappointed: the Tabs didn't match the tunes on my T-Bone CD (T-Bone Blues)! Before sending it back, I checked out T-Bone on iTunes and found different versions of his recordings. Those versions...

matched the Tabs exactly, so I was back in business. Since then, I have discovered many more subtleties of his playing that I heretofore had missed in learning his licks by ear. Great transcribing effort, professionally complete.

    Difficulty Level:
  • December 10, 2007 Must-Have for Bluesmen

I passed this up at a local shop because I felt it was far too advanced for me. Of course it sold out! After attempting to learn Clapton's version of Stormy Monday, I realized that while I could not yet play Clapton, I could attempt T-Bone.
