    These excercises are not for beginners or dabblers. Considerable dedication to mastering piano technique is required. The rewards are immense!

  • June 05, 2007 Does Anyone Actually Play These?

    These are some of the most technically difficult studies I have seen. Every 8-10 measures there is a repeat sign with the general number of repeats given at the header. The notes are cramped into what seems to be small pages. I generally consider Peters as good publishers but...

    this was not at all pleasing to the eye. Not really etudes but passages in virtuoso playing tied together with repeat signs
