I've been a guitarist and Randy Newman fan since the late 60's, and have longed for a Randy guitar folio. The long wait is finally over! This book will be cherished by the many guitarists who are fans of the legendary singer/songwriter/composer. The range of material...

and accurately tabbed transcriptions will please the most discerning Randy fan, with incredibly tasty guitar charts for Newman classics like Political Science, You've Got A Friend In Me, Rednecks, Louisiana 1927, and many more. Some charts are more complex than others, but all have accurate voicings that can either be strummed or played fingerstyle with precise melodies and riffs. Newman's songwriting is so thoughtful that generic guitar arrangements with standard chord forms will never do justice to his material. It's hard not to smile hearing this stuff coming out of your guitar. ENJOY!
