SKU: A0.907112

Composed by Emily Wood. Children,Christian,Contemporary,Sacred,Standards. Octavo. 5 pages. Emily Sue Wood #50901. Published by Emily Sue Wood (A0.907112).

A tranquil, moderate tempo piece for a children's (or unison) choir. With the words from Psalm 23, it's the perfect way to commit that powerful Scripture to memory. It has beautiful, unusual harmonies and a melody that is still simple enough for school-age children. Vocal pitch range is from the E above middle C (notated as a D double-sharp in the score) to the D sharp above treble C. The straight-forward piano accompaniment is mostly block chords, save for a brief section with triplet arpeggios. Duration: about two and a half minutes long. Written in 2015.
