  • September 02, 2003 great transcriptions

This book does a great job transcribing Herbie's great solos. I find the Cantaloupe Island Transcription especially wonderful, yet difficult. Watermelon Man is also well transposed pretty well, yet it would be nice to have Dexter Gordon and Freddie Hubbards solos too.
