Adapted by Hal H. Hopson
Haydn's immortal The Heavens Are Telling from his oratorio The Creation has been carefully and skillfully adapted for SAB or Unison/2-Part voices by the master of such adaptations. Fully accessible for a wide variety of choirs of sizes, ages, and capabilities, it is also useful for larger or more experienced choirs desiring an easily prepared, but authentic version of the original.

I found it easy to teach this energetic-tempo sacred piece to 9 students - 4 sopranos, 2 altos, and 3 bass. Though it wasn't close to the difficulty of Haydn's original, it gives them, as an added benefit, a greater appreciation for Haydn's opus.
