And for the adventurous player, the 'Head' arrangement is followed by a 'Solo' improvisation passage giving simple accompaniment chords and a suggestion of scales to use to try and create your own solo. The video demo gives an example solo roughly using this guide. This 'Easy' jazz piano arrangement is accessible to early piano learners, but by no means simplistic – introducing a few harmonic minor scales in the solo section to experiment with!
