Tango Cappuccino is a short ensemble piece reflective of the music that would be played in a coffee shop or cabaret setting. The two violins play off of each other with solo and accompaniment lines while the bass and piano lay the rhythmic tango backdrop. The piece can still work successfully without the added double bass if need be. There is much room for dramatic flare and theater for concert performances.
