    I really enjoyed these flashy pieces. Other reviewers thought they were on the easy side, but I disagree. They include challenges such as varying tempos, triplets, 8vas, and hand over hand movements up the keyboard. The songs are worth the effort and have a genuine Spanish sound.     These are really late elementary to early intermediate pieces and each piece is a winner. Easy to play, easy to learn and memorize, these pieces are exciting or lyrical as one's mood demands.

    Even though this book belongs to my friend, I have borrowed it and enjoyed it very much.I love the flare to the songs. I hope everyone else enjoys it as much as I do!

    I suppose this is a good enough book for early intermediate piano players, but I personally found the all the songs (except the last one which was nice) much too easy. If you really want some nice Spanish songs, try Sounds Of Spain Book 2!!

    This book has 7 songs by composer, teacher, pianist, and clinician, Catherine Rollin. The first and the last songs are my favourites. Most of the songs sound really lovely and Spanish, while a couple others don't sound so great. Advanced pianists may not enjoy this book, but it is...
