I am very disappointed with the quality. I am used to schirmer and their quality is much better.

  • January 20, 2017 Disappointing

I am a teacher who had this collection growing up and loved it. It is a wonderful selection of pieces, indispensable for anyone learning the classical repertoire. Unfortunately this edition is poorly printed: cluttered and not dark enough. It looks like photo offset. My students find it hard to read...

so I have to pick other editions in order for them to play these works.

I am 17 years old and play the piano every day after school, I don't even take lessons, but: This book made me fall in love with the piano. Each song has its place and I am still discovering lovely songs and movements in this book that I haven...

't mastered yet. A total must buy for students who have played piano for over 4 or 5 years.

This book is an absolute must have if you are taking lessons. I have no doubt that I will eventually use every single one of these songs in the next couple years. Also, since it is spiral-bound, it is really easy to open and keep on a stand without...

it trying to close each time you let it go.
