    This sonata for piano was written in the last year of Schubert’s already short life. And it is remarkable for its clarity and melody. It is challenging to play—as it’s a staple of the concert repertoire—but if you are agile and a good player you will...

    find much reward in the playing of this fairly difficult piece. But the rewards will be great!
