Composed by Scott Joplin. Arranged by Lin Y. E. Ragtime. Score and parts. 11 pages. Lin Yizhi Ernest #29727. Published by Lin Yizhi Ernest (A0.748716).

Scott Joplin's Maple Leaf Rag is a famous and delightful rag that is amazingly suitable for wind quintet (flute, oboe, Bb clarinet, F horn and bassoon). Originally for piano, the lively melody and bass parts have been shared by the five woodwind instruments in a way that brings out the full accompaniment and lively syncopated melodies of the original. I have taken liberties to add some interpretation when I arranged the original piano score for wind quintet in a way that brings out the character of the bassline and emphasis the syncopation of the melodic lines. Delight audience and performers alike in this arrangement of Maple Leaf Rag for Wind Quintet!
