Composed by Beth Shurtleff. A Cappella,Instructional. Octavo. 16 pages. Beth Shurtleff #2964397. Published by Beth Shurtleff (A0.926876).

Overview: This is a simple song designed for early music reading skills in a choral setting (grades 3-12). This song may be sung in two or three parts. It is a capella and is designed, in its extreme simplicity, to mimic the set-up of a modern a capella arrangement. I believe strongly in lots of early a capella singing to encourage listening skills and independent singing.

This sheet music also includes all tonal and rhythm patterns written out at the beginning of the music, minimizing teacher prep time.

This download includes four version of this song. Two versions include lyrics for singing, one in the key of D and one in the key of C. The other two versions, also in the keys of D and C, are for classroom instruments - no lyrics. .

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
