By Queen. By Freddie Mercury and Frederick Mercury. Arranged by Ray Thompson. Opera,Rock. 15 pages. RayThompsonMusic #3531229. Published by RayThompsonMusic (A0.553707).

Bohemian Rhapsody" is a song by the British rock band Queen. It was written by Freddie Mercury for the band's 1975 album A Night at the Opera.

It is a six-minute suite,consisting of several sections without a chorus: an intro, a ballad segment, an operatic passage, a hard rock part and a reflective coda.

The song is a more accessible take on the 1970s progressive rock genre.

It is arranged here for standard brass quintet.

Rather than have the quintet play tutti all the time, (like other arrangements you may find) I have spread the melody around, as well as giving the players somewhere to breath.

My arrangements of music by Queen include:

Bohemian Rhapsody

Don’t stop me now

Love of my Life

Somebody to Love

Under Pressure

Varying instrumental ensemble - duet, trio, quartet and quintet
