By Sergei Prokofiev. By Sergei Prokofiev. Arranged by Ray Thompson. 20th Century. 15 pages. RayThompsonMusic #3884055. Published by RayThompsonMusic (A0.553748).

This is an arrangement of "Dance of the Knights" from Romeo and Juliet (Russian: Ромео и Джульетта), Op. 64, a ballet by Sergei Prokofiev based on William Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet.

Prokofiev reused music from the ballet in three suites for orchestra and a solo piano work.

The dance is the second half of "Montagues and Capulets" which is the first piece in Suite No. 2.

Possibly better known as the theme music to the BBC " The Apprentice" in the U.K.

Please note: This arrangement is only the well known Allegro Pesante section of the "Dance"
it does not include the slower Andante.

This requires advanced clarinettists : bars 6 and 7 include high E and F.

Arranged for double wind dectet and tuba.
