Frédéric Francois Chopin was a Polish composer and pianist of the Romantic era. Whilst often technically demanding, his pieces emphasize nuance and expressive depth. This piece is no exception and has been arranged to be played on solo bass guitar with all the characteristic and form of the original piano composition.A fine recital piece in its own right, this piece also provides a good teaching aid for developing a strong left hand as it follows the finger-fret technique pattern, helping to build strength in all four fingers.
