  • June 14, 2013 Unreal!!!

This arrangement is better than the original! The orchestra takes flight with such colourful orchestrations previously not heard, exploring a diverse palette of moods presented in all of the main themes. Sometimes I wonder; is it more enjoyable to listen to or play such a moving suite? Definitely does Badelt...

justice, and I'm very picky about the quality of arrangements

The music is simply arranged but it all works very well! A real crowd pleaser! Outside of a short section with wild (and very fast) arpeggios in the viola part, it is fairly easy to play.

I love the movie, I love the music. So much fun to play. I play on a Technics KN-5000, quite old now but still great to use...

  • April 08, 2008 SO MUCH FUN

Why is everyone saying that they played this in high school. I'm playing this in my middle school symphonic orchestra and a lot of us have only been playing for a year and we all love this song. Trombone's best part is measure 182. We get the melody...

and it goes up to a really high B flat 4 lines above the staff. Incredible song with 12/8 time signature. Amazingly fun.
