Piano Stylings of the Great Standards is a series of books created for the pianist who longs to play the best-loved and most important songs of the popular genre in very special and elegant musical settings. The arrangements are represented in varying styles, written and influenced by the many great pianists who, over the years, have helped to shape popular piano performance. The series is designed to supply a broad scope of popular piano repertoire for solo performance, both for the working pianist and the amateur. This collection includes both the solo piano arrangements and the original sheet music for each song. Songs include Ain't Misbehavin, I'll Be Seeing You, Someone to Watch Over Me and more.

This title has selections that range in difficulty from SMP Level 6-7.

Although in my opinion not quite as good as Volume 1, still very worthwhile. 'Ain't Misbehavin' and 'I'll Be Seeing You' are especially fine arrangements.

The pieces in this series are tricky to learn, but they're well worth it. They sound the way I would like my playing to sound if I could truly improvise.
