only complaint is that, like other piano adventure books, there's overlap: Beethoven's Sonatina in G is also published in the Piano Literature Book 2. I started these sonatinas when I began level 3b, but think I should have bought it earlier as it would have been a good challenge to push me forward when I was learning 3a. This was an excellent supplement to the method books, helping me consider musicality and apply many of the "artistry and technique" skills.
