Beautiful concerto to teach. I would place it closer to Grade 9 level because of its length and technical challenges.

Even though it says 'youth' the piece is definitely advanced. I performed this for my college's concerto competition and got first place. I cannot wait to play this with their orchestra! This is such a fun, exciting piece. The cadenza is very fun as well. I recommend this piece...

This is a very good piece! But, I think that some of the fingerings in this edition are completely ridiculous!

Last year, I learned the 3rd movement, and this year, I'm playing the 1st. I love this so much! The 3rd movement was a bit hard, not learning but memorizing on my part, but my memory has never been the best! ^__^ The melody is so beautiful!!
